Collaboration with Sardinian artist Antonello Utzeri

The beginning of a beautiful story: our collaboration in Sardinia

A few weeks ago, we went to meet Antonello Utzeri, a master basket weaver who lives and works in Villaputzu, in the south of Sardinia. He learned the art of weaving and respect for the materials he personally harvests from his father-in-law.

Upon entering his studio, you are greeted by the unique scent of willow, myrtle, and wild olive. Captivated by the natural beauty of his creations and his mastery of the technique, a collaboration was born to create a unique bag.

The basket that Antonello made for us is woven from willow branches that he harvested himself from the Sardinian countryside. For its part, the cotton rope was hand-woven by Tessilbono, an artisanal Sardinian weaver. It is from the fruit of these two exceptional skills that we assembled Isola.

Isola, a unique piece

The bag is entirely Sardinian. That is why we named it Isola (island in Sardinian). It tells the story of an island rich in natural resources, craftsmanship, and beauty.

Isola slips onto your arm to carry your seasonal essentials: sunglasses, lipstick, phone, and wallet. The perfect size!
